The Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Cooperation (CTA) was a joint international institution of the African, Caribbean, and Pacific (ACP) Group of States and the European Union (EU). CTA, believed that investment in the right innovations in agriculture will help to catalyze development. From 1983 to 2020, CTA used knowledge sharing and digital innovations to support sustainable food security in Africa, the Caribbean, and the Pacific.
